Project Connect Volunteers Learn Through Service for Homeless and Veteran Populations

Last December, Rio Salado’s Counseling and Career Services team and other MCCCD employees volunteered in Phoenix with United Way’s Project Connect team at Monte Vista Church to assist community members on the verge of homelessness or those currently homeless.
Approximately 250 individuals attended and received essential resources....
